I am a Presidential Young Professor (pending immigration approval) in NUS Business School's Department of Management and Organisation. My research focuses on diversity in groups and organizations, decision making and social influence, and negotiation and conflict resolution. I combine tools from management, psychology, and economics, such as laboratory experiments, field studies, quantitative methods, and theoretical modeling. I am interested in how behavioral insights can help us understand and improve negotiations, organizations, and markets.
I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I also hold an M.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an A.B. summa cum laude from Harvard University, and I am a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. Before joining NUS, I was an Assistant Professor of Management at HKUST.
